Located in Bucktown and the French Quarter, for over 50 years we’ve been serving huge portions of the best boiled, broiled and fried seafood in New Orleans, receiving countless accolades including features on the Food Network and a 2009 Zagat food and service rating of “very good to excellent.” Deanie’s is currently looking to fill various positions within the Deanie’s Restaurant Group with experienced food professionals. Seafood Market Manager - Bucktown

The Seafood Market Manager delivers excellent customer satisfaction through the management and leadership of the market’s sales clerks and support staff. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards in quality, variety, selection, food safety and sanitation for all products produced and sold in the Seafood Market. The Seafood Market manager is responsible for the daily supervision of the Seafood Market operations, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, monitoring the quality of market product, and addressing employee relations, coaching, and general department supervision needs.

Executive Chef - Bucktown

Deanie’s Seafood seeks executive chef capable of production cooking for multiple restaurants as well as pastry skills. Executive chef will be responsible for all kitchen operations, including overseeing prep cooks and stewarding. Executive Chef is the driving force when creating new menu items, recipes and platting guides and training of line cooks on new menu items. Ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s degree in the culinary arts or in a related area and 7-8 years of previous related experience. Candidate must have good customer service skills and the ability to lead and manage a diverse group of people.
